- Buffalo is recommended for very shaded areas,
- Not recommended for people who are looking for a soft texture lawn,
- Low tolerance to high traffic volumes on the grass. The reason for this is that Buffalo is a slow grower, and takes very long to repair itself,
- The blade is fairly course and quite hard on the feet,
- Generally more expensive than other grass because it can only be
harvested once a year.
